  I love this Starbucks location. Staff is friendly and the coffee is great!

  When I arrived there were 7 people in line and only one person at the register, I noticed one maybe two managers and two staff just walking around doing nothing when they could have been helping.  That of course would not have helped the one barista who was trying to keep up with the orders, very slow service.  I was waiting at the end of the bar for the coffee to be made, when it finally came out I walked towards the back seating area when I heard a loud "you can't go through there" from the bartender (tall female blond with glasses) very rude and obnoxious chastising me because I went through her space, she then shouted out you have to go around the bar.  There is no signage or any indicating that this is a restricted area.  I saw several people do the same thing and were not admonished by your bartender.  You should train your staff how to conduct themselves and not belittle paying customers in public.

  Love this Starbucks location and staff.  Always so friendly and helpful.  Great atmosphere and so accommodating with drink and food items.  Love the set up in this location with the wrap around coffee bar and stools and there is near shortage of outlets for when your working!

  This location is a Starbucks Reserve which is basically a regular Starbucks on steroids. I didn't know this style of 'bucks existed but it's fancy and I like it.
  
  The old downtown Naperville Starbucks location on Jefferson was SUPER small. It was always packed in there and crowded with people standing outside on the corner. Now, with this new larger location you're able to get your coffee, hang out, or take it to go with ease. Sure, it still gets pretty busy on the weekends, but they're like a well-oiled machine in here and the line moves fast.
  
  The Starbucks Reserve Bar is just like it sounds - a bar. You order at the counter like any regular Starbucks store and then they call your name out from behind the bar. The difference is that they have an actual wrap around bar with stools that you can sit up at and I've noticed the employees are more interactive just like a bartender. It helps that they have the nitro cold brew on tap.
  
  Aside from the bar seating there are plenty of tables and chairs to hang out with friends or post up with your lap top to get stuff done. Personally, this isn't my kind of vibe for working. Starbucks often has this corporate-non-creative feel and I prefer to work at a local coffee shop, but I can't deny that I love their coffee! Most of the tables are communal though which again isn't my style for getting work done.
  
  I often find myself stopping in here to grab coffee or a treat to go (usually before an appointment at Drybar). My favorites things to order are the cold brew, skinny vanilla latte, or a cake pop if I'm feeling like I need to treat myself!

  Great service as always. Super fantastic staff. My only complaint is about the bathrooms. The ladies room was a mess. Also, this brand new facility has a bathroom that smells like a latrine. Bathrooms are the most terrible job for staff but this has to be handled.
  
  I am on the #NoStraws bandwagon and just found out that there are sippable lids available for cold drinks. But...you have to ask. I would love to see all Starbucks get these lids.
